Java Lounge Fashion Show

Well, here they are. The photos from the Java Lounge fashion show from over a month ago. The designers had showcased many of the outfits before (see picture of me below in the same dress worn by another model), but at the Java Lounge show, I was way way more wasted (and you can tell!). Good morning! I hope everyone had a good day yesterday. Today, I really want to get back into the swing of things and start making my dresses again. Sorry I never posted picturs of any that I had made before. That was one of the reasons Jen and I started this blog, to show everyone our creations to help them sell better. But I never ended up taking pictures before handing them over to Cuffs. Anyway, I just got inspired to get off my ass.

This photo I found a while back on foto decadent. I don't remember what spread it was in, but when I saw it, I fell in love and wanted to make it. I still don't know how to put in buttons or zippers (don't laugh, I can barely sew in a straight line), so who knows if this creation will come to fruition.
But my real inspiration came from cupcakesandaisy. This lovely blogger and wardrobe_remixer made this dress out of a large T-shirt. Talk about doing it yourself! Check our her blog as well.
