So, my friend Mel, who works at Cuffs, calls me on Sunday (I don't know why I forgot to mention this yesterday) to tell me that Chloe Sevigny just stopped by the shop and bought a vintage hat. Then, I go on myspace and learn that she was at another shop called Bows and Arrows too. WTF? See, Sacramento has some shit going for it. Stop by Cuffs and Bows and Arrows and see for yourself!!!
