Ugh!
So, as you can see in the previous post (and in probably other posts), the text TOTALLY doesn't match up with the picture. What the fuck??? I always do my posts at work, which means they're done on a PC. Does that matter? It will look good for me, then I have to hear that it really doesn't work anywhere else. Can somebody help??

It's Smorgesborg Friday
It's Friday. I have hella shit to do at work. And well, don't really have energy to write. So I figured I would bombard you with visuals.

Hot titties, girl. You make me feel better about small boobs.

Cute photo. but I fell like a chester. both by: foto decadent

This is a conglomeration of everything bad. So, am I being brainwashed? Why do I think she would be someone I would want to hang out with and find out where she shops? photo by: Oh You Pretty Things
Denim done right: by Orinthes

prissy in pink: by (some girls name who I can't type)
Cute room and everything: by Crowdedteef (I thought it said 'beef', ha!)
Girl can wear hats. Punk. And that white dress is so girly but tough. Both by: Stylesightings
Sorry Josh, but I think this guy is so hot. Maybe it's because I really want his jacket and hat? Found on Borderline.
The next three pics are from Holly Stalder's new collection. The dresses are delicate, soft and innocent. Sounds pretty gay, but I can totally see myself wearing them and feeling very feminine. Even tough girls need that sometimes.

So, do you guys remember Less than Zero? By Bret Easton Ellis? I never saw the movie (below), but I did read the book. Well....
Now, I was never attracted to Shia LeBouf, but damn, this picture tells me why you girls are so ga-ga over him. Once again, sorry babes. He's like my Jessica Biel.
Okay, now, listen, I'm no pervert or anything (kinda), but the photography from Luke Stephenson is pretty good. Some of it is quirky, like the portrait of this birdie here. But below it, yes, there's a boner. But, jesus, when I saw it, I just could not stop laughing. So, hopefully it makes you laugh more than it makes you gag (no pun intended).
Okay, last but not least: The stupidest shit ever. A whole website dedicated to "bum street style". Jesus people, really?

Saelee Oh

So, it's not that I'm totally bored at work, but I just can't stop looking at things. Look at what I found on My Love for you is a Stamped of Horses!
The amazing Saelee Oh had a Q&A with Meighan and I totally stole these from her website. Sorry, but I just had to show everyone! The water color one reminds me of dreams. So sweet and lively. Sigh....

shaman, shema, shemagh, blagh

I don't remember what came first, ripping off shemaghs or ripping off the Oaxacan embroidery dress, but I can tell you one thing, The brown peoples are being exploited!!! As I'm sure everyone already has their shemaghs, bought at places like Urban or flea markets like Denios (I actually got mine at a army surplus store), take a look at what this little scarf is also inspiring....

Josh's old boss, founder of Vapors Magazine, and now half owner of Official fitted hats, Jason Maggio, has taken the Shemagh and turned it into a hat. These damn hats are freakin so popular! When I joined him in Las Vegas last year for a trade show, they were the most coveted. They came in crazy neon colors like pink and blue (see pic below, to the right, by Jason himself). I bet you've seen quite a few peps wearing them to Lipstick and Press and what not.

And that's not the only thing. Somehow, one little scarf has helped inspire an entire collection, by the lovely Isabel Marant. Here is her Spring 2008 collection (check it out on Elle)
Here we see the direct inspiration. It's "Eh", but the rest of the collection is oh so cute.

And I guess they're alot better than your typical "gladiator" sandal I'm sure we will be seeing all summer (I'm guilty too, I already got me two pairs!)

...ella ella ella

Who saw this yesterday on Face Hunter? Did you not just fall in love with this parasol??!! I wanted to see if I could find one online, and honestly, it wasn't that hard. The first one is kinda jankie, but you can find it on Greatlooks (even the name is pretty bootsie). I found a pretty damn good one on eBay too, which seemed to be of better quality. But I'm thinking I can probably find one at Denios. Ooooh, last time I went there, I found an awesome LV knockoff ciggie holder with built in lighter. But, damn, I was with the Grams and didn't want to buy it in front of her. Oh, well. Now I have two things on my list.....

Bootleg picture from a bootsie website.

This one is the one I'd get....

Matte Stephens

As many of you already know, Urban is selling prints of the very talented Matte Stephens for $20. Not bad. Especially since he is a very very talented artist. However, why settle for something some dude somewhere picked for you to buy, when you can buy directly from him from his Etsy? Yeah, that's what I thought. Check him out.
Wardrobe Remix Roundup
Good morning! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I probably would have had a great weekend, if I looked like one of these ladies!

First up, we have Romana West Vintage. Yup, another one of those eBay places where you know you could have probably found it yourself if you had time to go thrift store shopping. Regardless, I can't hate. She looks adorable. Even the fact that the shirt is way too big for her (just look at those sleeves) doesn't stop this outfit. The neat thing is, anyone can reproduce this outfit. Deep V, high waisted skirt, cute vintage wedges.

This is also an outfit that I think is sooo simple and that anyone can reproduce. However, I've seen some girls try this out, and it didn't look as cute as Chynna doll.

Now, what the hell? How come some girls, like keikolynnsogreat, get all the looks? Holy crap, you guys, go check out her flickr. Every damn picture, cute, cute, cute. So jealous. While this isn't her best outfit, there's something to be said about a girl who can wear pink highwaisted shorts with a baby blue top. I know I can't....

This picture, by noisecollective, wins me over for a few reasons. One, just the picture itself. Vintage feel, vintage crop, it's reminiscent, okay? Two, her hair. I'm still in the crap stages of growing mine out, so pictures like this make me weep. Three, well, her outfit is cute, isn't that the point of this post? And four, this reminds me of sitting out in the Quad in Davis. Ladies, if you are still in college, enjoy it while you can.

This girl is Vice hot. Back when Vice was actually good. Kudos to Evy Dearest. Doll face, even your photography and location scream Terry Richardson, but you don't have to give him head (thank god). The glasses, the AA top and moccasins just add the cherry on top.

Okay, so this outfit by Yinse is not something I would ever wear. But not because it's not cute, but because it's really hard to pull something like this off. Not everyone can do it (I've seen some pretty horrific attempts at Lipstick). So, Yinse, you have my respect, that's for sure.

Last, but not least, is Marcinethequeen. This picture rekindles my hope for girls with curves. Thank god. And that fact that she can wear this color green and not look like an extra as an umpa loompa, Jesus, what more can you ask for?
Okay, now....hahahah, these two. I will not post their names, but, WTF?? The first, Safari Chic? No, no, girl. More like Safari Stupid. Look at her band aid? Come on. Please, no one attempt this. Now, the second picture, not so bad. But there's a little thing as trying too hard. Just stand there. Let's see your outfit, not your audition for Americas Next Top Model, okay?
